Preparing for travel

We do hope you like this exciting range of holidays. If you're thinking seriously about taking one of our trips, what do you do?

To check availability (or book): To do this you need to go through the booking process so you can advise us of what holiday and any extra services you're considering, for how many people etc.  Please go to our 'How to Book' page for more help on this.

Trip Dossiers: We are currently preparing a set of trip dossiers for all of our holidays. When they're ready, you'll be able to download them from each holiday page. They will have the full details of the trip (as shown on the website) in a printable format.

Things you'll need to consider:

  • Passport: You will need a passport which has at least 6 months validity left.
  • Visas: You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct visas for your travels.
  • Vaccinations: You are also responsible for making sure you have the vaccinations and prophylactics you need for your holiday. We offer an advice sheet, but you need to consult a doctor or medical practitioner for up to date advice.
  • Insurance: Comprehensive insurance is compulsory for these holidays. You can buy this from whoever you wish, but we can sell you a very good policy.
  • Safety & Security: Always check the Foreign Office Travel advice (www.fco.gov.uk/travel ) so that you are aware of any issues in the country you are travelling to.
