Children and families

BearWe have travelled with our children from them being about 4 years old. Their wide-eyed wonder, and ability to accept all manner of seemingly strange situations never ceases to delight us. We believe that the right kind of travel for kids is a huge gift you can give them.

If you and your children love exploring new things, are open to exciting adventures and like meeting new people, some of our Down to Earth holidays could be perfect for your family.

Obviously every family is different, but we think that most children of about 7 or 8yrs+ will be fine with most of these trips.  If you would like to discuss this, do of course call and we can talk the pros and cons through with you.

The other point to make about children is that all the prices on the site are for adults. At the point of booking, we will advise always you of any saving for children. In most circumstances a child is considered to be under 12 years old.
