Description

Hermanus is only about 1½ hours drive from Cape Town, so makes an idea add-on after the Cape Town and Winelands tour. Hermanus is probably one of the most famous towns from which you can regularly see whales. They even have a ‘whale crier' to let people know when the whales can be spotted from land! However if you like boat trips, that is the best way to get out and see these marvellous creatures.
We've included 2 nights in a great little B&B here, plus car hire too. You can head here straight after the end of the Cape Town trip.
