Description

One guaranteed way to have fun and get to know some local people is to get stuck in and have a go at something. On this occasion it's drumming! Your drumming lesson is in the township of Kayamandi in Stellenbosch in the middle of the Winelands.
On day 5 of the Cape Town and Winelands tour you are heading for Kayamandi in the afternoon after a free morning. However, if you set off in the morning, we will take you first to some friends who will give you a few instructions on African drumming. OK, a morning is not going to make you a world class drummer, but it's great fun, and you'll meet some great township characters.
